Alive and Kicking

I feel 99% ok now! I woke up at 5 this morning compare from the last 3 days where I have been waking at 3 or 4am. Hopefully by the end of this week, I have fully recovered from my travel exhaustion. The more than 24-hour journey had sapped my strength and left me a bit groggy. The other thing that I must mention is my abdo pain. I complained about abdo pain for the whole month of July. By first week of August, it has mysteriously disappeared although sometimes I would still feel it every now and then.

Breakfast: porridge with sultanas and milk Lunch: fried fresh egg noodles and apple & mango juice Snacks: apple, fruit juice, fresh pineapple Dinner: Pot beef roast and rice
