Antenatal Yoga Day

I’m looking forward to doing my yoga exercises today. Thursday is by far, my not-so-busy-day therefore I have the time to do some exercise aside from my usual morning and afternoon walk to and fro the office. I found a new drink that makes me want to drink – orange water. I can’t stop drinking it. I mixed an eighth of orange juice and the rest is just hot water. Its yummy and I get to have my quota of 8 glasses of fluids a day.

Breakfast: porridge with banana Lunch: pork roll and rice Snacks: hot orange water, Packham pears Dinner: roast pork and potatoes
