Went to my fit ball class yesterday but I didn’t like it. It was awkward doing the steps and I can’t keep up with the pace. Karen, my instructor did modify some steps but they weren’t to my liking. I’d rather carry on doing my antenatal yoga. Besides, it’s a bit unfair to the other people doing it because Karen has to see me all the time and make sure that I’m doing the right thing and not breaking a bone or hurting myself! So, fit ball is now a no-no although I did learn some steps for soothing my back using a chair and a ball.
Russ needs to pump my gym ball back to its shape. I wouldn’t be surprised if cinnamon donuts would become one of my baby’s favorite! I also craved for marshmallows yesterday. They’re fat free anyway so I can indulge. And yes, I eat them moderately not too much. I’m still and always watching what I eat!
