Woke up last night at past 1 with the urge to go to the loo. I couldn’t go back to sleep after I went back to bed so I had to get up again and had a warm glass of milk and read for a while. I just can’t sleep when I’m hungry, besides when I’m hungry, my baby’s hungry, too! I’ve been having frequent visits to the loo! Since fluoridated boiled tap water is no longer revolting to me (it was on my second month), I’ve been drinking my quota of 8-10 glasses of it a day!
I have been doing some pelvic exercises or Kegel. I’ve been doing it while I’m driving or while sitting on my office chair (whenever I remember). Sometimes I forget but blame it on my pregnancy amnesia and my hormones. I do like this exercise because you can do it anywhere and it’s very discreet. Nobody would know that you’re doing it. According to my preggy book, it helps to tone the pelvic muscles and would be beneficial during and after pregnancy. That I agree!
