Maternity Improvisation

We spent half the day by the pool, walking ad just relaxing. We also had lunch there. The weather was just too nice to waste inside the house. It’s time to improvise. With maternity pants very pricey and the ones that I bought too big for me, I decided to think of how I can make do of my dozens and dozens of pre-pregnancy pants. The ones that I bought from Target were just huge and not of my liking so they’re in the cupboard gathering dust while I managed to return the other pair yesterday.

I like what I did with my pants. I sewed a fabric over the front and left the zip and button open. I can unpick them later when I’m back (hopefully) to my pre-pregnancy size. At the same time I was doing some improvisation, my baby was making noise (or it could be the fluid noise whenever it moves). It was like a gurgling sound. Sometimes, I could hear it sometimes, I couldn’t. Russ was so awestruck and listened to it for quite a while by putting his head on my tummy.

Breakfast: 3 toasts with milk Lunch: tofu with mushroom cups, chicken & bean sproutsSnacks: mango & apple juice, dates scones Dinner: blanket prawns & chips
