I’m still waiting to gain some weight. It doesn’t seem like I am packing some pregnancy pounds. My pre pregnancy weight was 118 lbs (53.5 kilos) and I haven’t gained any weight as yet. I was hoping I would have gained 2 kilos by now! To think that my belly’s already big and I feel like a bowling bowl is weighing me down and I feel a bit exhausted.
I think I’m experiencing a decrease of energy. I know I’m now on my fifth month of gestational age but I’m not expecting to feel this until my last trimester. And sometimes my back’s killing me, ugh!!! Last night, I went to sleep before 8.30 and woke up before 6.30! Seems like a lot of sleep but what I need is sleep… a good night’s sleep. And hey, I’m growing a baby in my tummy!!!
Breakfast: porridge with sultanas & plenty of milk Lunch: double cheese sandwich & Vaalia yoghurt Snacks: watermelon, seeds, nuts & dried fruit, peanut sandwich, avocadoDinner: Maco’s fillet-o-fish & orange juice
