I really need to do some gentle stretches, either Pilates or yoga. Sometime this week, I will pick up the antenatal yoga DVD that I borrowed from the library. I do want to stay fit.
I want my baby to benefit from physical exercise. Besides, I’ve been reading and light and gentle exercise should help me cope during labour and after the baby is born. Pilates and yoga have only gentle steps to improve my flexibility and make me more relaxed. These exercises should help me sleep well especially during my last trimester.
Breakfast: porridge with plenty of milk Lunch: chicken curry with riceSnacks: peanut butter sandwich, yoghurt Dinner: fried rice, watermelon
