I’ve been doing some research online and found out that abdominal cramps during pregnancy are just normal. Carrying a baby puts a lot of pressure on muscles, ligaments, veins and the rest of my insides, so it's not surprising that I feel some discomfort, particularly in the midriff. I just have to find a way to relax to ease this dull pain. The reason why my blood cells are bit bigger that normal is because I need more folic acid in my body thus the prescription of 0.5 mg folic acid intake a day of my doctor.
Work is pretty busy at the moment but it’s a good thing that I don’t move around. I was just at my desk proofreading the entries and the display advertisement. I was still not feeling well but I can’t complain. Did vomit the snacks I had though. I wish I didn’t have them. They made me feel awful! My tummy obviously didn’t like cherries and berries! I still have the repulsive taste in my mouth! My sister-in-law called to say her congratulations! She’s very kind and very thrilled about the baby on the family way. She is just nice.
Breakfast: Porridge with heaps of skim fresh milk Lunch: Chicken soup Dinner: Dumplings in egg soup Snacks: Crisp bread biscuits, Tibetan goji berries, dates, hazelnuts, cherries
