Russ & I were so happy to see our baby for the first time I almost burst to tears! It’s fascinating to see him/her wiggle his/her arms and feet in my womb! I couldn't believe it! I couldn’t describe the happiness that I’m feeling that moment. I could see that Russ was ecstatic, too! He couldn't believe it, either! The first image that I saw of our baby will stay in my mind forever! I couldn't believe that there's a little creature growing inside my belly and s/he's ours! I’m impressed with today’s technology. It’s really amazing. I was also pleased to find out that the baby is in the proper place in my uterus. I've been scared the last few weeks because I thought I had an ectopic pregnancy due to my abdo pains and tummy aches. Thanks God that I didn't. It would have killed me. The lady at the ultrasound room assured me that those pains are normal and that I didn't have anything to worry about. Seeing our baby made jerky movements annihilate all of my concerns. And the way our baby moved the first time we saw him/er is like his/her way of saying, "I'm fine, mom, dad!"
It's just pure bliss!
