Nuts plus seeds equals zits!

I’ve been ‘grazing’ on nuts and seeds and dried fruits. Apparently, seeds got some zinc which is vital for my baby’s brain development but my face doesn’t like nuts. I’ve got zits after eating them! Not a good thing but I’m sure, I’m bound to find zinc in other food that won’t give me zits! Like for example, meat, eggs and liver.

Breakfast: porridge with sultanas & plenty of milk Lunch: pumpkin & snake beans in cocomilk Snacks: punnet of strawberries, mango & apple juice, seeds, nuts & dried fruit Dinner: pork chop and corn, watermelon, mango & apple juice
