Abdo Pain

A bit nauseous so I had some crisp bread. Just worked and worked. My colleagues are very considerate. Since I hate the smell of coffee, they have tea instead! Isn’t that a lovely gesture! Ain’t I lucky to be working in place surrounded with people who care about me??? My abdo pain kicks in again at around 5pm.

Breakfast: Porridge with heaps of skim fresh milk and half banana Lunch: Spagbol Dinner: roast pork and potato (just a bit)/Pork (rashes) adobo with bok choi Snacks: Watermelon
