An excited workmate congratulated me for my pregnancy! It is a joyous occasion! I also cancelled my gym membership today due to my condition and I will be away for a month so there’s no point paying for my membership while I’m not going. The plan is to reinstate my direct debit when I get back or pay the casual fee. Well, I prefer the Pilates session not the cardio session so I might just do the latter. This is probably the third week I stopped since I learned of my pregnancy. I couldn’t go because I’m just not well enough to go.
Breakfast: Porridge with heaps of skim fresh milk and half banana Lunch: Pork (rashes) adobo with bok choi Dinner: Vermicelli with bean sprouts and fresh prawns and pork Snacks: Watermelon/Dawn’s apple crumble
