Antenatal Yoga

Picked up the antenal yoga DVD that I reserved a week ago at the library. I will try to reinstate my exercise regime. It doesn’t mean that I will have a strenous workout. Just something light and simple to keep me fit and supple. I read that when you exercise, your body release endorphines, hormones that you give you a natural 'high' when you exercise - and these cross the placenta and make your baby feel good, too! So, it should be real good for both of us. I’ve also invested in a yoga mat so I can work out at home. I have also resumed drinking boiled water. I remember that during the second month of my first trimester I couldn’t drink boiled water because that taste was revolting. Now I don’t have any problems with that.
