I have the hungries

Woke up last night at 2am and a bit famished. Since I got pregnant, it’s a bit tricky to distinguish between a hunger pain and just a plain tummy pain. I did get up and had some cookies and a warm glass of skim milk. I have been going to bed extra early. After doing my nightly rituals, shower, stretch marks rub and bed. I still go to the bathroom in the middle of the night.

Breakfast: porridge with sultanas and bananas & plenty of milk Lunch: rice and eggplant in coconut milk Snacks: watermelon, fresh pineapple and apple juice Dinner: misua with sardines (with chilli) and rice
