Fort Dix date

posted on 14/08/2007 Tuesday in the ASA

We went to Fort Dix spending the whole morning shopping and looking around shops. We had a late lunch at a diner close by. Fort Dix is a military base situated in Fort Dix, NJ. So it’s not surprising to see heaps of uniformed soldiers roaming around the environs, men and women alike! There were plenty of soldiers in the vicinity, not to mention their other halves or their families. We bought plenty of things, clothes, shoes, cosmetics and other kikay stuffs. Only those working or use to work for the US army and their families can go there to shop and since Joseph is a retired army, we were able to get in without a hitch! The rest of the afternoon was spent lazing around the house with our homemade halo-halo again in the afternoon followed by watching sorrowful Natutulog Ba ang Dyos and miserable Ysabella. I couldn't help but to shed a tear or two (sigh!) Well, it's Pera o Bayong na so it's time to rejoice with the winner!
