Went to the fitness centre this morning with Joseph. I joined a gentle Pilates class in Princeton Fitness & Wellness Centre where he is a member. I miss doing my Pilates steps so it's nice to be able to do them again even if my overseas. It was good. It feels good to finally stretch my muscles and practice those breathing. We might come back next time for a special massage although Joseph and mom prefer to go to the sauna. I can’t go to the sauna because the increased temperature of the body isn’t actually advisable for pregnant women as it could affect the circulation to the baby and might post some problems. Had another yummy lunch today cooked by my yummy mummy: nilagang baka and tonight we'll have fried daing na bangus, can't wait!
