The middle of my second trimester. I’ve been getting remarks from workmates about my belly bulge. Can’t hide it anymore, according to them. Not that I’m hiding my pregnancy. It’s more visible now than last month and anyone with a keen pair of eyes would notice that I’m expecting. I started to feel bloated though after having a glass of milk on its own.
Breakfast: porridge with banana and milk Lunch: rice with pinakbet and tocino (marinated meat)Snacks: fresh pineapple, milk, cinnamon donut Dinner: Grilled lamb with vegetables
