Booked my hundreds of appointments today namely ultrasound and pap test on the 18th and 19th respectively. On the 3rd of October would be my rendezvous with the Women’s Health people. Hopefully, they’d be nice to me. The doctor said it’s about time I spend time with them and vice versa. Whatever is necessary for me and my baby to be healthy.
Breakfast: porridge with banana and milk Lunch: rice with pinakbet and tocino (marinated meat)Snacks: apple, sampaloc (tamarind candy), Special K cereals with milkDinner: Fried vermicelli noodles with bean sprouts, tiger prawn and pork and half glass of coke zero (opps!)
