Been nibbling on crisp bread all day. I’ve been experiencing moderate nausea especially in the morning and about 3 or 4 pm. It helps a lot because it settles my tummy and makes me feel a bit better. I’ve also got other food in the office fridge. Despite my queasiness, I’m extremely efficient with my workday. I just don't have the energy for late-night TV. I just want to have my forty winks!
Breakfast: Porridge with heaps of skim fresh milk Lunch: Fried rice Dinner: Spaghetti Bolognaise Snacks: Maltesers, Mandarin
