Fruit & Vegetables

I’ve been filling my diet with fresh fruit and vegetables because someone told me today that I’ll be a little pudding in a matter of months! That’s not a very good thing to say. Can’t blame her though seeing that she saw me maltesers in my mouth one after the other! Well, I believe that an occasional treat is okay as long as I’m making sure that I’m eating enough quality food.

Breakfast: Porridge with heaps of skim fresh milk and half banana Lunch: Fried rice Dinner: Chicken curry with rice and a punnet of strawberries Snacks: Maltesers, crispbread
