Had a bit of a problem doing my fitness steps yesterday. A reason why I didn’t go today! I was not comfortable doing them. I would stop whenever I felt pain. It was not good, not good at all especially whenever I think that I might be hurting my little bundle of joy inside me. My sister who’s a senior in a nursing school suggested having water aerobics instead. Just what I had in mind!

I need to reflect on whether I cancel my gym membership and enroll in a water exercise but maybe I’ll carry on doing Pilates class. I sent an email to YMCA in Eaglehawk today to enquire about their aqua aerobics classes that would fit into my schedule. Still awaiting reply. I was alright this morning when I was at work through to mid afternoon but I started to feel very uncomfortable about 4pm till dinner time. I always feel better after a long hot shower.

Breakfast: Porridge with heaps of skim fresh milk Lunch: Lamb soup with rice Dinner: Roast potato and beef
Snacks: Rock melon, crispbread, and mars bar slice
