Liters of Water

I felt much better today. I didn’t feel sick that much. I bought some bottled natural spring water and took them to work. I also brought drinking straws for easy drinking! I’m still very thankful that I have a very good desk job that lets me just sit all day. I wouldn’t want to be moving around when I’m feeling queasy, would I? I’d be going to the gym today to resume my fitness regime. I need to work out to make my body and my baby healthy. I’m sure it will also help me prepare my body for labour and the demands of my baby when he/she is born.

My doctor didn’t mind me exercising because I was not sedentary before conceiving. I don’t even have to modify my existing exercise program or choose a suitable new exercise program because I have been doing it for years! I made sure I made it a part of my pre conception preparation. I was thinking of doing an aqua natal exercise when I’m on my tri semester, that is when I can’t do anymore more high impact aerobics and need to avoid weights and sit ups. I’m definitely sure YMCA offers aqua aerobics exercises for expectant moms.
